Retirement Village (Formerly St Bedes School, Bedford)
AWARD WINNING PROJECT
A New Build Extra Care, Residential village in Bedford for the over 55’s consisting of 140 one and two bedroom apartments over 4 storeys. A mixed development of New Build and Refurbishment of the former St Bedes School.
Works Included:
Midsummer Drylining completed the screed and insulation, partitioning and MF ceilings, drylining, plastering external rendering.

McCarthy & Stone
A project undertaken for McCarthy & Stone, delivering 35 one and two bedroom apartments over 3 floors in Bedford.
Works Included:
Metal stud partitioning, mf ceilings, drylining, plastering and lay in grid ceilings
New Build
105 Bedroom New Build Care Home (USG level 5 spray plaster)
A Prestigious New Build Care home consisting of 105 bedrooms over four floors, built for a local Healthcare company Avery.
Dunelm required the specialist spray plaster system to deliver the only standard that Avery would except THE BEST.
The system used was the USG sheetrock level 5 finish, which we delivered to an exceptional standard.

Mf ceilings, acoustic stud partitioning, insulation, shaft wall installation, dry-lining, USG spray plaster, external rendering.
New Build
75 Bedroom Care Home
The project for Baxter and King was a 75 bedroom care home in corby where the use of the wienerberger clay blocks were used for speed of build. Once again Midsummer Drylining delivered an exceptional standard of works throughout this project which we strive to deliver “On time, In time, Every time”.
